Our privacy policy

When you purchase a Pattern Chest offer, or when you sign up for our free mailing list, we record your email address on our server. We never use your address except to contact you about your specific purchase. We contact mailing-list users only to announce new offers.

Getting your bundle

After your purchase, we'll email you a link to your own custom-created download page. The link may take a few minutes to arrive, depending on how long your payment gateway takes to confirm your purchase.

The download page, your Pattern Cabinet, has links to all individual patterns you purchased. Each pattern is a downloadable digital .PDF (Portable Document Format) file. You can visit your download page at any time, even after the bundle offer ends. You can also make local backup copies of your files and move them around to all your reading devices. You can download your files as many times as you want, whenever you want. Your files never expire. Feel free to make local backups.

IMPORTANT: Please add the Pattern Chest email address, webmaster@patternchest.com, to your approved sender list, and check your spam filter to make sure our mail wasn't stopped by mistake.

How do I create an account?

If you haven't yet purchased one of our offers, relax! You don't need to create an account. Each account gathers the files from all the customer's past purchases in one location. If you haven't bought anything yet, there's nothing to gather.

How do I change my password?

If you're already logged in, click the three-line "hamburger" menu symbol in the upper right corner of this page, then select "My Account." On that settings page you can update everything we know about you.

If you're not logged in, visit one of your Pattern Cabinet download pages. At the login screen, click the red text "I forgot my password." That will prompt our system to send you through the password-reset routine.

Downloading your files

Q: Can you provide a single link on my download page that lets me download all the files at once?

A: We hope to provide that ability later this year!

Bonus titles

If you paid more than the threshold price for your Pattern Chest as of the time of purchase, you receive not only the Starter Collection, but also a Bonus Collection of additional patterns. All your patterns are available on your Pattern Cabinet download page.
